On behalf of the Board of Directors of New York Liberty Star, I am pleased to note that the following individuals have been named New York Liberty Star's Persons of the Year for 2005:

The person exemplifies special character traits, which may inspire, motivate or mentor both young and aged members of our community. The Person of the Year is nominated and selected by the Board of Directors of New York Liberty Star. The goal for this special publication is to showcase to our readers a collective display of success; individuals who promote or champion achievements that are particularly meaningful to the community.
